Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the ContentAI platform.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ContentAI. By accessing, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Accounts & Credits Regulation
The ContentAI system works on a pay-as-you-go credit mechanism:
- Each credit equals 1 complete article (including keyword optimizations, visual outlines, 1 core thumbnail, and at least 2 inline content images).
- The system may charge fractional credits (e.g. 0.5 credits) for separate micro-services such as bulk keyword research and clustering trees.
- Purchased credits do not expire and cannot be refunded into cash or transferred to other users.
- We support automated top-ups via VietQR (completed in 5 seconds) and PayPal/Credit Card. All transactions are logged transparently.
Important Notice for SEO
Google values helpful, reliable, people-first content. We strongly recommend reading and editing AI drafts to inject your own expert opinion before final publication to secure long-term search rankings.
3. Ownership & AI Content Copyright
ContentAI provides text and image creation tools powered by advanced AI:
- Ownership: Users retain full ownership and commercial copyright of all texts and articles successfully generated from their accounts.
- Uniqueness: We optimize prompt sets to ensure highly unique articles (>90%). However, due to the generative nature of AI, we do not warrant that the output will not share semantic similarities with other web pages.
- Content Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying facts and accuracy before publishing. ContentAI is not liable for any incorrect, outdated, or misleading content generated by AI.
4. Third-Party Publishing (WordPress Sync)
The 1-click publishing integration requires linking your WordPress website:
- You need to provide your site URL, username, and WordPress Application Password.
- Security: Your application password is encrypted securely using advanced AES-256 protocols and is only decrypted temporarily during active publishing jobs.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your hosting server. ContentAI is not liable for website crashes, plugin conflicts, or search engines index penalties caused by keyword stuffing or publication abuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform (including indexing losses, traffic drop, or WordPress network errors).
6. Changes to Terms & Contact
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
